Hot Melt Pressure-Sensitive Adhesive for Permanent Labels

Purpose:

Used in cosmetics, medicine and food labels.

Performance Requirements:

High initial viscosity, excellent cohesion strength and bond strength, high and low temperature resistance.

Operating temperature:

150°C ~180°C, depending on the machine, substrate, environment and other conditions.

Coating method:

Suitable for standard hot melt slit scraping, multi - line coating methods.

Recommended ambient temperature:

5 ° C or higher

Storage:

Store in a dry, cool place below 40ºC for 24 months.

Points to note:

Do not mix with other adhesives. The operating temperature should not exceed 200℃

The hot melt glue groove must be covered tightly to prevent sundries from falling into and affecting the performance of the glue.

Since hot melt adhesive must be heated when used, personal protective equipment should be worn. Recommended "first-in-first-use" cycle use.
