Characteristic:

1. Very low odor, high bonding strength, strong aging resistance

2. No fluorescence reaction

3. Low temperature coating

 

Recommended conditions:

operating temperature: 110 C ~ 150 C, depending on the machine, substrate, environment, etc.other conditions.

coating method: suitable for standard hot melt fiber spraying, multi-line spraying and spiral sprayingcoating, slit scraping and other coating methods.

Recommended ambient temperature: ≥ 10°Cstoragemust be stored in a dry and cool place below 40°C for 24 months.

 

Precautions:

·Do not mix with other adhesives; The use temperature cannot exceed 160°C

·The hot melt adhesive groove must be tightly covered to prevent debris from falling into and affecting the performance of the adhesive.

·Because the hot melt adhesive must be heated when used, personal protective equipment must be worn.

·We recommend that you use the advanced-first-use cycle.

·When the temperature is low in winter, it is recommended to increase the operating temperature appropriately.
