(Some customers will think that there have been no problems in low-temperature operation before, but the glue bonding performance only reaches 70, 80% or even lower during low-temperature operation. When below 5°C, don't mistakenly think that changing high-content glue is no problem, and high-content glue will also fail by freezing.
2. Pay attention to keep warm and antifreeze when storing water-based adhesive.
water-based glue should also be kept warm after arriving at the warehouse to ensure that the temperature is above 5°C. Prevent warehouse ventilation from losing temperature. Especially water-based glue can be frozen for 10 hours below -3 ℃.
3. storage temperature: 5-35 ℃
because it is a water-based adhesive, the temperature is close to 0 ℃, it will freeze. Once the frozen glue changes in appearance, it will lead to low adhesion. The appearance has not changed, which can also lead to low follow-up force. Do not use it when you suspect that there is a possibility of freezing.
4. material temperature: 10 ℃
house is very low. When materials close to 0 ℃ are used, the adhesive will freeze during coating. Then, in order for the material temperature to reach above 10 ℃. Please place the material in a warm environment beforehand. Because the temperature is low, the drying (hardening) speed of the adhesive will slow down, so it is necessary to extend the pressure time appropriately.
latex is an adhesive. After the water inside is scattered (penetrates into the wood), a glue film is formed to produce a subsequent effect. If the temperature is low, the water will take a long time to disperse, so it is necessary to extend and pressurize the time.
5. health preservation: above 10 ℃
Avoid moving to a low temperature environment immediately after decompression. Because the adhesive film is not fully formed before placed in an environment below 0 ℃, the moisture in the adhesive will freeze and cause poor follow-up.
