2. Experimental process

2.1 Preparation of environmentally friendly low temperature paint printing adhesive

The reaction was carried out in a four-necked glass flask placed in a thermostatic water bath at a temperature of (60 + 2) ° C and a four-necked flask equipped with a stirrer, a constant pressure dropping funnel, a condenser and a thermometer. The experiments were carried out in two steps, namely, the main part and the cladding part, and the outer layer was coated with a layer of polymethyl methacrylate with higher glass transition temperature in order to improve the stickiness of the fabric after printing.

2.1.1 Preparation of the body portion of the emulsion

A certain amount of emulsifier SDS was added to a four-necked flask and dissolved with an appropriate amount of deionized water. A prescribed amount of flattened O-25 was added; the main body was weighed and mixed evenly by the formulation. To a four-necked flask, pre-emulsified at 35 ° C for 30 min with stirring, and then raised to 60 ° C. A predetermined amount of initiator APS and pH buffers NaHCO3 and NaHSO3 were weighed and the solution was dosed with an appropriate amount of deionized water and added to a four-necked flask. After the blue light appeared in the flask, the remaining mixed monomer was added dropwise with a constant pressure dropping funnel. 2.1.2 Preparation cladding portion
